Long description
A bird in the branches, a sculpture on a building or an animal beside a trail: the KITE STABI ONE turns spontaneous discoveries into opportunities for a closer look. Its 10× magnification brings the subject nearer, while stabilisation reduces shake caused by hand movements.
For occasional astronomy, it also lets you view the Moon and distinguish its larger features more clearly. The 20 mm objective prioritises portability, making lunar observation a more suitable use than searching for faint celestial objects.
At just 130 g without a battery, the monocular slips easily into a pocket. The focus wheel and twist-up eyecup help you adjust the view. A field of 90 m at 1,000 m gives you room to explore a scene before concentrating on a detail.
One AAA battery powers the stabilisation, with a stated runtime of 12 hours. Automatic shut-off after 20 minutes helps conserve energy. IPX2 protection covers light water droplets; keep the instrument away from heavy rain and do not immerse it.
